YES! What does that entail? Sometimes having it professionally revamped using your own items, ALWAYS removing items (yes always), rearranging the layout, buying new pieces, etc. In the event the home is vacant I can say it is beneficial to use a professional digital staging if the cost of professional staging is out of your means. The following photos are from my recently sold listing at 9607 Rivermoss in Fall Creek.

It can also be rolled into the closing cost and can make the difference in the time it takes to sell and the end sales price. Why? Simply put the home becomes seen with possibilities, a way to see themselves in the home instead of how you live in it. It’s depersonalized, given a face lift, or is staged when empty so visual appeal is created.
More Digital Staging:

Think of model homes, how clean and crisp they feel and how many time you wish they would sell it all and set it up for you so you can just move in. Well I have news for you if they can’t I can! I have sources that can fill your home with beautifully designed interiors before you move in. For some of my relocation clients we had everything from art to kitchenware ready from day one. All of this costs money; with the exception of digital staging and redesigning interior using what you have because I include this for no cost to you. I also do interior design for a fee if you need that type of service.
Making your home look it’s best from the day it’s listed is critical, it makes the photography done more impactful and proves how the first impression actually is a lasting one. If you want to start the journey of selling your home I can make that happen!
